Refund policy

At Crystalkart, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. However, if you encounter any issues with your purchase, our refund policy is designed to address your concerns fairly and efficiently.

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

Your purchase is eligible for return or replacement only if it meets the following conditions:

  • Incorrect Product Delivered: If the product delivered to you does not match the item description on our website or if a wrong product is delivered.
  • Manufacturing Defect or Damage: If the product you receive has a manufacturing defect or damage.

We reserve the sole discretion to provide resolution for every return or exchange request, treating each case individually.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

We are unable to offer refunds if:

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided.
  • There are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency.
  • The recipient refuses the package.

Return Request Procedure

If your purchase meets our return criteria as stated above, please email us at support@crystalkart.in within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Delivery address
  • Reason for return
  • In case of defective or incorrect product, please include an image of the item.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider any emails or images sent after 48 hours of the delivery.

Resolution and Refund Process

  • Replacement: If there is a genuine defect in the product, we will be happy to exchange your product with a replacement or a different product of the same value.
  • Refund: If a replacement is not possible, we will notify you and process your refund. The refunded amount will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, the refund will be made in the form of a credit coupon of the same value.
  • Once we receive the refund request, we will process the refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Packages

If you find that the package has been tampered with, please do not accept the item and hand over the package back to the delivery person before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD).

Special Conditions

Due to the high cost of shipping home decor products, we do not permit return/exchange except in the case of a manufacturing defect or damage in transit. In such cases, we will replace the product. To request a replacement, please send an email to support@crystalkart.in with the order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a reverse pick-up and send you a replacement upon receiving the returned product.

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
