Usage & Care
- Use in electric, convection & microwave ovens (remove plastic lid before heating).
- Pre-grease for baking and pre-heat oven for best results.
- Allow frozen dishes to warm slightly before high-heat reheating (fridge→oven is OK).
- Wash with mild soap & soft sponge or in dishwasher.
- Do not use over direct flame.
- Do not allow food to dry completely in the oven.
- Do not place a hot dish on cold or wet surfaces.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or scourers to protect the scratch-resistant surface.
- Do not heat the plastic lid in conventional oven or microwave.
